New Patient Registrationregister_now

When you come to register at the practice please bring your NHS Medical Card with you.  reception staff will give you a ” Registration Form”,  “New Patient Medical Questionnaire” and an “Ethnicity Monitoring Form” to complete and will explain the registration process to you. 

Our practice area covers G81, G82 and G60 postcodes and the area extends from Yokermill Road, Clydebank down to Milton by Dumbarton including Bowling.

All patients over 40 will be asked to make an appointment for a new patient medical.If under 40 you may request a new patient medical appointment if you wish, or you may be asked to make one if the doctor feels that this is clinically appropriate.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
